Utah Food Handler Permit
The State of Utah requires food handlers to have a valid food handler permit issued by a local health officer in the local health district where the food handler resides at the time the certificate is issued. Food handlers must successfully complete a training course within 14 days after the day on which the person begins employment, unless they already have a current certificate or food handler permit, and shall not handle food until they have received a certificate of completion qualifying them for a food handler permit.
Get both certificates you need to start your food service job in Utah, all in one place. Save time and money by getting them together.
This package includes the food handler training you need to get your Utah Food Handler Card, and also the Alcohol training you need to serve alcohol in a Utah Restaurant, Bar or other on-premise establishment. (If you sell retail, you should take the EASY Off-Premise course instead)
