If you are a salesperson in Texas, complete your annual education requirements at 360training.com. Our courses meet all TREC Salesperson Apprentice Education requirements so you can complete  your hours in an easy and hassle-free way. You can study at your own pace, wherever you are comfortable as long as  you have a computer and internet access.

  • Salesperson Apprentice Education 90 Hour Texas SAE Package
    In this course, you will learn everything you need to know to grow and build your career. In the first course, Texas Real Estate Law, you will learn the key laws and legal concepts that you will use every day in your real estate career: contracts, deeds, fair housing, foreclosures, land titles and records, leases, real property rights and land use. You will also learn about the Real Estate Settlement and Procedures Act, a federal law that regulates the closing and settlement of real estate sales. You will receive information on the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and the Texas Statute that provides remedies for fraud in real estate and stock transactions.

    While as a real estate salesperson you are not expected to act as an attorney, it is important for a licensee to develop a thorough understanding of the various laws and statutes affect real estate transactions.

    This package also contains Texas Marketing I and II. In Texas Marketing I, you will learn how to build your real estate business and establish your own brokerage. You will learn information on how to successfully operate a business and deliver high-quality service to clients.

    Texas Marketing II covers negotiation skills necessary to build a successful business. Topics covered include communication, emotional intelligence, negotiations, reading people and real estate negotiations.

    *Please note, TREC will not accept your certificate of completion for this course unless 3 days have elapsed since the date/time you started the course. Your participation in this course must not exceed 12 hours per day.

    Example: If you started the course on March 2 at 11:00AM, then the soonest you could take the final exam would be March 4 at 6:00AM (3 days at 12 hours per day). Please note you are not required to work on the courses 12 hours per day, but this is the maximum amount of time per day.

    Starting and completing more than one qualifying course within the same 3 days does not comply with Commission rules. TREC cannot award credit for courses and certificates that are not in compliance.

    Please ensure you have met these requirements BEFORE attempting the final exam.*

    This comprehensive, 98-Hour course covers all topics in the 90-hour SAE with two additional courses: TREC Legal Update I and Legal Update II. If you are missing Legal Update I and II, this is the Salesperson Apprentice course you will need.

    Covered in this package is all aspects of Texas Real Estate Law and how it affects real estate transactions, how to build and grow a real estate practice and powerful negotiation techniques you will need in complicated business dealings.

    TREC Legal Update I provides guidance and discussion of the ethical requirements and concerns affecting Texas Real Estate Agents. The five canons of professional ethics and conduct are identified and discussed. Because agency relationships are critical to real estate transactions, this relationship is explored. You will also learn connections between parties in real estate transactions, including intermediary brokerage relationships and subagency. Fiduciary responsibility and ethics is also an important part of this course. Real estate agents must be aware of conflicts of interest and understand how to prevent them in business situations.

    TREC Legal Update II communicates recent updates, changes and addendums to laws, regulations, legal definitions and forms as they apply to real estate practice in the state of Texas. Since judical interpretation provides the effective enforcement of these changes, a section containing several case studies is included in the course in order to illustrate the law in action in contemporary practice.
